ALVINO BENNETT. Drums. Chicago native, Alvino began playing drums at the age of 10 with the William Penn Elementary School drum and bugle corps. Soon after, he was keeping rhythm for various local bands, and by the age of 14 Bennett began traveling the country, working the club circuit.
Playing with everyone from Minnie Ripperton, Sheena Easton, L.T.D., Chaka Khan, Bryan Ferry to BB King, Alvino Bennett has been a first call drummer around Los Angeles for decades. His solid playing and ability to shift into any situation makes him endlessly needed.
