Biography. In popular culture. References. Wang Lianshou ( Chinese: 王连寿; 1887 — 3 February 1946) was a Chinese court lady. She was the imperial wet nurse of Puyi, the last Emperor of China and final ruler of the Qing dynasty. Wang played a prominent role in the nurture of Puyi.
The name of the wet nurse is Wang Lianshou 王连寿. After Puyi stopped drinking milk when he was 9, the other concubines decided that she is useless so they threw her out without telling Puyi.
15 de sept. de 2022 · In December 1908, Puyi was crowned the emperor of the Qing Dynasty at the age of two following the death of the Guangxu Emperor, who died childlessly. Puyi was split from his family, and only his wet nurse Wang Lianshou was allowed to follow him to the Forbidden City.
