Mark Wakefield is an American singer-songwriter and manager born in 31 May 1974. He is known for being the manager of band Taproot and for being the former vocalits of Xero, the band that would eventually become Linkin Park.
After graduating from high school, the three began to take their musical interests more seriously, recruiting Joe Hahn, Dave "Phoenix" Farrell, and Mark Wakefield to perform in their band, then called Xero.
