I’m not super into the movies but I did watch a fair bit of G1 webisodes and now even some G3 episodes and the main 5 characters mostly feel disjointed in that they don’t seem to be a real group of besties but rather a trio (Frankie, Draculaura, Clawdeen) and SOMETIMES Cleo is involved with those 3 and sometimes Lagoona is, but rarely is it all 5.
