She screams and I of course jump out of my skin thinking something is wrong. Nope! Just her attacking herself and her grip is so strong so it sometimes takes me awhile to pry her fingers...

I am going to try lots of walking and the workouts that people suggest. I heard baby can flip on his own from one day to another so there’s still hope!
