On October 18, Stone Temple Pilots will release the 25th anniversary deluxe edition of the band's 1994 sophomore full-length, Purple. Among the many bonus tracks and rarities assembled for the three-CD set is a most unexpected cover: 1964 Beach Boys' song, "She Knows Me Too Well."
