John Rhys-Davies (Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, Gales; 5 de mayo de 1944) es un actor británico, conocido principalmente por su papel de Sallah en las películas de Indiana Jones así como por su papel del enano Gimli en la trilogía cinematográfica de El Señor de los Anillos, y poniendo la voz de Bárbol en la misma.
John Rhys-Davies (born 5 May 1944) is a Welsh actor known for portraying Sallah in the Indiana Jones franchise and Gimli in The Lord of the Rings trilogy. He has received three Screen Actors Guild Award nominations, with one win, and a Primetime Emmy Award nomination.

John Rhys-Davies (born 5 May 1944) is a Welsh actor and vocal artist. He is perhaps best known for playing the charismatic Arab excavator Sallah in the Indiana Jones films and the dwarf Gimli in The Lord of the Rings trilogy, in which he also voiced the ent, Treebeard.
