THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on Friday has congratulated the 34 graduates of the National Training School for Boys (NTSB) at the Jose Fabella Memorial School-Tanay Unit. The graduates, all former juvenile delinquents, have finished their elementary and senior high school education at the NTSB.
