The Bullitt Center is a commercial office building at the intersection of the Central District neighborhood, and Capitol Hill, Seattle, Washington. It was officially opened on Earth Day, April 22, 2013.

Estamos ante un edificio de una superficie de algo más de 4.800 m2, autosuficiente energéticamente hablando (en un 99%) y construido con más de 350 materiales que no perjudican la salud y respetuosos con el medio ambiente.
El Bullitt Center es quizás el más eficiente y sustentable ejemplo de edificio de oficinas en el mundo, concebido como un proyecto comercialmente viable pero con prácticamente ninguna huella ambiental.
