Hace 11 horas · About Bat for Lashes. Under her moniker Bat for Lashes, singer/songwriter Natasha Khan has sculpted mystical and theatrical indie pop that’s equal parts dramatic and danceable. Born in London in 1979, Khan taught herself to play piano by the age of 11, and moved to Brighton in the early 2000s to study visual art and music.

Hace 11 horas · ‘The Dream Of Delphi’ touches on more of an instrumental “Bat For Lashes” world, and shows Natasha to be both a confident composer and craftswoman of intimate landscapes. While the music creates a more womb-like, ambient space for the listener, it still leaves ample room for her signature dream pop songwriting to vibrate through.
