  1. I am trying to put a kill switch to my guitar. I've soldered a normally open switch to the hot (jack) and to the ground, but it keeps making a buzz (hummm) when open. I tried to ground the body of the switch but it didnt work. The buzz would only stop when I touched my hand to the ground of the circuit. Anyone can help on this?
