  1. 28 de ago. de 2024 · Whenever I log into my Spotify account on the Web Player and close my browser, I get logged out the next time I access the site. I have tried two browsers (LibreWolf and Brave) and both have this issue. Solutions found in other related posts, like clearing all cookies and bookmarking the Web Player, didn't work either.

  4. 27 de oct. de 2017 · I've found one that releases memory as soon as a tab is closed (Mozilla Nightly). As far as I can tell, Nightly uses up to 8% of my CPU (it might be a lower % for you if you have a more capable processor; I have an old machine) when the web player is playing something. The desktop app is lightweight too, to be honest, both on memory and CPU usage.

  9. 16 de feb. de 2023 · When I try to open the Spotify web player by running open.spotify.com, my computer just turns off immediately. Web browser is Google Chrome and my computer's OS is Windows 11.

  10. 16 de may. de 2018 · Another quick fix to that issue (Spotify web player crashing because wrongly loading last played song) would be to try and load any song from its html link, found on the web. Worked for me, thank you Madonna 😜. (had to hit the browser's reload button a couple of times though) View solution in original post.
