The ride takes about 25 minutes. From Central to Sok Kwu Wan, the ride takes about 37 minutes, and the ferries depart every 90 minutes or so. From Aberdeen on Hong Kong Island to Yung Shue Wan, ferries depart about 11 times a day and the ride takes about 20 minutes. From Aberdeen to Sok Kwu Wan, there are about 14 trips a day via Mo Tat Wan.
Lamma Island is just twenty minutes by ferry from the maelstrom of Central. Once the busiest fish farm center in Hong Kong, Lamma still retains its traditional fisherfolk culture. This pedestrian-only island is great for a hike, a swim at the beach and fantastic seafood. HKKF has resumed normal ferry sailings to the island with enhanced safety and health measures in place.

Being close to Lamma Island it has long offered a ferry service to Lamma. Currently operated by Chueng Kee Ferry Ltd the boats run from 6am until 10pm and operate about once every 90 minutes.
