8 de mar. de 2023 · Twist it tightly between your fingers, and tie a knot at one end. Cut three 1/8 x 4-inch strips of heavy red crepe paper; bend each at one end. Attach all strips, off-white in center, to end of wire with floral tape. To make a floret: Cut 6 x 2-inch strip of crepe paper; fold every 1/2 inch. Cut petals as shown.

16 de may. de 2016 · When I was a little girl, back in the 1950’s, my mother made for me a Spanish dancer’s dress out of crepe paper. The top was one color, which she painted a rose on. The skirt was ruffles of crepe paper starting from pale pink graduating in color to burgundy. It was fabulous. I was so thrilled to see your dresses and they are gorgeous.

The paper will fold around your fingers. Give a quick pinch to the fold to flatten and shape each little section. Step 3: Repeat as evenly as you can.
