Weak Auras 2 can do damn near anything you need it to. My setup for each character is basically this: turn off the icon bar, turn off the minimal, make sure spell flash is on, and that it's on only in combat. Ah good point Lasombria - hadn't thought to do those options but will give it another go and see what I think.
