Leben und Werdegang. Sandler wurde am 9. September 1966 im New Yorker Stadtteil Brooklyn als Sohn jüdischer Eltern geboren. Sein Vater Stanley war Elektroingenieur, seine Mutter Judy Lehrkrankenschwester.
