If you read 30 pages a day and spend the rest of the day reflecting on what you read, you will probably get a deeper understanding and retain more than someone who read 200 pages in one sitting. Finding a small amount of time such as this can go a long way to bumping up the volume of pages you can get through in a day. Reading 100 pages a day sounds like a difficult challenge. A challenge akin to climbing Everest.
