Osibisa's second release. The title of this album is a word from the Ga language of the Ga-Dangme people of Ghana. Wɔyaya translates as "We are going". The "ɔ" in Wɔyaya is part of the African reference alphabet and is pronounced as an "open o" in English as in 'thought'.
