Mutaz Essa Barshim (Doha, 24 de junio de 1991) es un atleta catarí que compite en salto de altura. En su carrera deportiva ostenta títulos absolutos en campeonatos mundiales al aire libre y en pista cubierta, medallas de oro, plata y bronce en Juegos Olímpicos, y un título mundial en categoría júnior.
Mutaz Essa Barsham ( Arabic: معتز عيسى برشم, romanized : Muʿtazz ʿĪsā Baršam; born 24 June 1991) is a Qatari track and field athlete who competes in the high jump and is the current Olympic Champion (2020). He is also the former World Champion and second highest jumper of all-time with a personal best of 2.43.
