William Shankly detto Bill ( Glenbuck, 2 settembre 1913 – Liverpool, 29 settembre 1981) è stato un calciatore e allenatore di calcio britannico, mezzala nazionale scozzese, allenatore del Liverpool dal 1959 al 1974 e iniziatore del ciclo più vittorioso della storia della squadra inglese.
