Much of her career was spent in Italy where her co-stars included Totò, Aldo Fabrizi and comedy duo Franco & Ingrassia but audiences will remember her for the melodramas she starred in with Italian hearthrob, Amedeo Nazzari (most especially Catene and Tormento ).
