Adrian Dunbar (Enniskillen, 1 augustus 1958) is een Noord-Iers acteur.. Dunbar werd geboren in Enniskillen als oudste in een gezin van zeven kinderen. Adrian Dunbar wurde als ältestes von sieben Kindern geboren. Er besuchte das katholische St. Josephs College in Enniskillen.
