We are a fully comprehensive, mixed ability 11-16 school, and form part of the Generations Multi Academy Trust. Our school has 600 students. As such, Goffs-Churchgate operates as a smaller sized school. It combines an extremely tight sense of community coupled with very strong academic outcomes.
Welcome to Goffs-Churchgate Academy. Our school forms part of the Generations Multi Academy Trust. Since the start of the autumn term 2017, it has benefited from new leadership, a revised curriculum and robust expectations across the board.
Goffs-Churchgate Academy is a secondary school with academy status located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England with around 600 students. History. Cheshunt Grammar School was built in 1935 in Windmill Lane. Over the years many newer buildings were added around the original building.
The Published Admissions Number for Goffs-Churchgate is 120. Please note: if you are applying for a place in Year 7 to start in September 2024 you must complete a Supplementary Information Form and return to the school by 31st October 2023
Goffs Academy is a selective secondary school and sixth form with academy status located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England with around 1,300 students.
At Goffs-Churchgate, we have a highly committed staff body who work tirelessly to support all of our students in every lesson. The school is regularly open late into the evening and also at weekends and holidays, with all staff giving up their time to support our students.
