3 de ago. de 2022 · Hey everyone, welcome back! My guest today is an incredible drummer who lives and works here in Nashville, Fred Eltringham. Fred one of my favourite drummers around town and has held down the drum chair in Sheryl Crow’s band for the last 10 years or so. I’ve had a chance to see them in action a few times and they are really special.
They toured in the Midwest and Northeastern U.S. in October and November. Before the tour, Jaffee announced that he was leaving the Wallflowers. This left Dylan, Greg Richling and Fred Eltringham as the remaining members and a guitar player, Stuart Mathis, as a touring member. In 2008, the Wallflowers toured on-and-off throughout the summer.

We just finished Sheryl Crow’s new pop/rock record Be Myself, scheduled to be released April 21.Sheryl and her long time writing partner Jeff Trott produced it, and the incredible Tchad Blake did the engineering and mixing.

I want to start by saying I recently left the Wallflowers, who I played with since 2004. I had a good, long run with them, and now it’s time for me to move on.
