There is a solid cast at work in "Brother Nature," a comedy about a man, his perhaps-soon-to-be fiancee, and the perhaps-future-brother-in-law who seems to exist only to make the aforementioned man's life miserable. Unfortunately, that cast is handed a film whose every story beat feels recycled from comedies that got there first.
