Artist biography Tim "Herb" Alexander Tim Alexander was born April 10, 1965 in Cherry Point, North Carolina. He is best known as drummer with Primus, but Tim Alexander also played with the theatrical/experimental group Blue Man Group, and occasionally with the Las Vegas-based improvisational rock band Uberschall and Reverend Horton Head.
