I'm a huge fantastical of this being the 1st TMNT movie to bring us Bebop, Rocksteady, Baxter Stockman, and Krang. TMNT 1 was a great reboot that is the origin hero story - tied into the Shredder's Japanese clan The Foot who are all about crushing down what stands in the way to the blades of a new world order.
