1996. Phono-Comb. Don Pyle and Reid Diamond of Shadowy Men On a Shadowy Planet played with Jad Fair while he was in Toronto promoting a movie about his band Half Japanese. From there, Dallas Good and Beverly Breckenridge were brought in to fill out the backing band for Jad s new record and tour. After that, the members minus Jad formed Phono-Comb.
