If you accept the fact that The last true devo album was Oh, No!It's Devo and that Shout is in fact just the debut of a band that just so happens to have the name devo, you'll have a good time. Its really pretty good synthpop,Its just not Devo sonically, which is fine. This is still devo in both lyrics and aesthtics.
