20 de nov. de 2010 · T Lavitz. As many of you know, T Lavitz, my friend and former bandmate, died unexpectedly on Oct. 7 2010. I have been thinking a lot about T since then, running through experiences of so many times and conversations in my mind as people do about others, but with both a disbelief and poignancy that there won’t be any more.
Terry Lavitz. Profile: American jazz-rock/fusion keyboardist, composer and producer (Lakewood, NJ, 16 April 1956 - 7 October 2010). Commonly known as just "T", he started intensive studies of classical and jazz piano at age seven. By twenty-two, he was asked to joiin the band Dixie Dregs.
14 de jul. de 2011 · T Lavitz-From The West-1987-Passport Jazz The late Terry "T" Lavitz (b.April 16, 1956, in New Jersey) was perhaps best known as the keyboardist for the jazz rock band, the Dixie Dregs. He received two prestigious awards from Keyboard magazine - "Best New Talent" in 1981 and "Jazz Keyboard Player of the Year" in 1992.
