Since Vox didn't trademark the name, it left them open to other manufacturers pinching not only the design, but the name as well.
I just annoyed my wife by pulling up the track on my phone while we were watching that episode. I was like, “wait! Rewind it! That’s the baby cry that’s in everything! Even Tool used it!” Also it’s in the opening of the movie Penelope starring Christina Ricci. It’s basically the Wilhelm Scream of baby crying.
