Notre Dame College Prep Athletics supports the student/athlete concept by providing competitive athletics blended with the importance of maintaining the highest level of academic performance. The athletic department offers students, grades 9-12, the opportunity to participate in 15 different interscholastic sports.
The Notre Dame College Prep Grotto is modeled after the grotto at Lourdes, France. It is 80 feet by 20 feet which is larger than the grotto at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Approximately 130 tons of Dolminite stone was used to complete the Grotto, and the altar stone itself weighs 17,600 pounds.
