Sinopsis. Neerja Bhanot (Sonam Kapoor) merupakan seorang perempuan berusia 22 tahun yang sudah sempat menikah lalu bercerai. Ia yang merupakan model tidak lagi menggeluti karir modelnya dan memilih untuk melakukan pekerjaan lain sebagai pramugari sebuah maskapai bernama Pan Am Airways yang berbasis di New Delhi, India.
