Ace Frehley, egentligen Paul Daniel Frehley (uttal /ˈfreɪli/), född 27 april 1951 i The Bronx i New York, är en amerikansk musiker, mest känd som originalmedlem och gitarrist i hårdrocksbandet KISS under åren 1973–1982 och 1996–2002.

The group, whose name alternated between 'Ace Frehley' and Frehley's Comet, recorded a series of demos throughout 1984 and 1985. After a few unsuccessful attempts at securing a recording contract, the group eventually signed to Megaforce Records and released their first album, Frehley's Comet, on July 7, 1987.
Jugend. Frehley wurde im New Yorker Lebanon Hospital geboren und wuchs in der Bronx als jüngstes der drei Kinder von Carl Daniel und Esther Anna Frehley (geb. Hecht) auf. Sein Großvater mütterlicherseits stammte von der Insel Rügen. Die Frehleys waren eine musikalische Familie, 1964 bekam Ace von seinem Vater eine E-Gitarre geschenkt. Er brachte sich das Spielen autodidaktisch bei.
