The Pandoras struck a deal with Bomp Records' garage-centric side label Voxx and cut an album, It's About Time, with Bomp founder Greg Shaw as producer. Just as the album was ready for release in 1984, the band exploded, with Conway quitting the group, followed by the acrimonious departures of Kelly and Gomez.

1 de feb. de 2018 · I got to hear it in its entirety, though. Two original Pandoras albums: It's About Time, and Stop Pretending, are among the classic alternative/garage rock albums of the eighties. It's instructive that the best songs on this record recycle tunes from Stop Pretending and an unreleased album (the demos of which are on the deluxe re-release of Stop Pretending).
