First coming to prominence in the 70s, the rock musician has had a long career and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004. Browne was born in Heidelberg, Germany, where American serviceman father was stationed.
Jackson Browne’s biggest song was “Doctor My Eyes,” an upbeat but world-weary, piano-driven tune. While not a huge success commercially, the album opened the floodgates on Browne’s defining decade.
