With many of Scott Walker's solo albums from the 1970's out of print because of a refusal by the artist to allow re-release its a change of record company from Philips to BGO that has allowed this pairing to sneak through the blockade. Undoubtedly Scott - Scott 4 was a golden period for Walker in terms of artistic credibility - if not sales.
