Ian Patrick McLagan, född 12 maj 1945 i Hounslow i London, död 3 december 2014 i Austin i Texas, var en brittisk musiker. Han var mest känd som medlem i rockbanden Faces och Small Faces. [1] McLagan avled efter en stroke den 3 december 2014 vid 69 års ålder. [2]

Ian Patrick McLagan, né le 12 mai 1945 à Hounslow et mort le 3 décembre 2014 à Austin , est un claviériste de rock britannique. Entre 1965 et 1975, McLagan fait partie des Small Faces menés par le guitariste Steve Marriott et le bassiste Ronnie Lane , puis ce groupe va se muter pour devenir les Faces avec le chanteur Rod Stewart et le guitariste Ronnie Wood .

McLagan recorded his parts shortly before his death. It was produced by Rick Rubin. Other notable musicians on the album were Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Dave Keuning from the Killers. The band Drivin’ N Cryin’ released a tribute to Ian Mclagan on their 2019 album Live The Love Beautiful with a song entitled “Ian Mclagan”.
