ZZ Top er et amerikansk band, etablert i 1969 i Houston i Texas, som spiller bluesinspirert rock. Bandet hadde sin storhetstid på slutten av 1970-tallet, samt første halvdel av 1980-tallet. Det kanskje mest karakteristiske med ZZ Top var de lange skjeggene til gitarist Billy Gibbons og bassist Dusty Hill (1949–2021).
ZZ Top spillede sin første koncert i februar 1970 og turnerede derefter – mere eller mindre konstant – rundt i Texas de følgende år. De underskrev desuden en kontrakt med London Records , og deres første to album, ZZ Top's First Album og Rio Grande Mud , blev indspillet i Robin Hood-studiet i Tyler, Texas.
