Kenneth «K.K.» Downing (født 27. oktober 1951 i Hill Top i West Bromwich) er en engelsk musiker. Han var gitaristen i, og en av grunnleggerne av heavy metal-bandet Judas Priest.Han stiftet Judas Priest sammen med klassekameraten Ian Hill.Kenneth Downing fikk kallenavnet «K.K.» da en dansk jente ikke klarte å uttale navnet hans og kalte ham «K.K.» istedenfor.
