really lookin good on him. Solar Pearl, Skyward, Lost Prayer, and Sac Fragments to name a few 😄. The usual Atlas > Memory of Dust (if shielded) and Lost Prayer. Kagura probably won't be good, he can't use the passive. Evercoping Moonglow is useless. As for 4*, Solar Pearl and Widsith seem to be the best options.

The Skyward Atlas is an excellent weapon for Heizou’s DPS build due to its ATK bonus, Elemental DMG Bonus increase, and the skill effect of summoning attacking clouds. It significantly enhances Heizou’s overall attack power and elemental damage, while the skill effect provides additional burst damage.
It’s a great weapon if you can manage Heizou’s Crit Rate/Damage solely through his artifacts. I’m personally slowly climbing my way to my goal of Heizou having 80/200+ Crit Rate/Damage. Someday…RNG willing. But anyways, with this set up, I’ve been one punch manning my way through the spiral abyss with 36* using hyper carry dps Heizou.
