The disciples rebuked the people, but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”. And he laid his hands on them and went away.
Jesus was famously kind to children. He brought children close to himself, and refused to let the disciples keep the children at a distance. What was it about Jesus that children found attractive? At the least, his love for them must have been obvious. Our hope for this recording is that children will sense the love of Jesus.
