A way to fix the annoying way under specs vram in GTA IV is to create a text document in the GTA IV installation folder (ie: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\steam\\steamapps\\common\\GTAIV\\GTAIV) called commandline.txt and put the following text in that document: -availablevidmem 2.0 and then save it.
