Hugh Grosvenor (født 13. oktober 1825 i Eaton Hall i Cheshire i England, død 22. desember 1899) var den første hertugen av Westminster. Før han fikk tittelen hertug i 1874 var han marki av Westminster. Han var sønn av Richard Grosvenor, 2. marki av Westminster og Lady Elizabeth Mary Leveson-Gower.

The Monument to Hugh, Earl Grosvenor, is in the graveyard of St Mary's Church, Eccleston, Cheshire, England. It commemorates the brief life of the only son of Hugh Grosvenor, 2nd Duke of Westminster, who died at the age of four. The monument consists of an enclosure in bronze around his grave, and incorporates three bronze figures.
