About St. George’s, an independent, coeducational boarding and day school offering a comprehensive college-preparatory program to students in grades 9–12, founded in 1896 as an Episcopal boarding school by the Rev. John Byron Diman.
Saint George was founded on January 25th, 1965 in a small apartment in Piantini. At that time it was named, “Los Angelitos” and the student body consisted of only ten pre-schoolers. It was only once these pre-schoolers reached the age to attend first grade that the decision was taken to continue adding, one grade at a time, through Primary school.
Saint Georges School is proud of the tens of cohorts which have graduated and had great achievements at the university and professional levels.
