It's one of my favourite soundtracks ever, and could be Hans Zimmer’s summit as composer. More than 20 years ago I went out of the cinema mesmerized by it, and still gets me every time I listen to it, even if I know every single note by heart.

I was watching Gladiator as i’ve done a hundred times before and noticed that in the first war of the Gladiator movie, the main theme song of Pirates of the Caribbean was playing. Not exactly but extremely similar. Then noticed Hans Zimmer did both of there soundtracks! Just wild to me.
