The Allman Brothers Band oli yhdysvaltalainen yhtye, jonka musiikille on ominaista rockin, bluesin, jazzin ja countryn ainesten yhdistäminen sekä lavaesiintymisten improvisoidut, pitkätkin osuudet. Yhtye perustettiin Jacksonvillessä, Floridassa 26. maaliskuuta 1969. Tuota ennen yhtyeen jäsenet olivat vaikuttaneet paikallisissa yhtyeissä Allman Joys ja Hourglass.
