  7. Yes, I constantly do that. I think it is just my introvert nature. That is ok, just take your time. If it is really destroying your personal life then maybe go see help. Else just let it ride through the wave and maybe talk to some friend you really trust about it. It nice to speak it out and hear what other people thinks.
