This is my favorite David Sanborn album. I bought it when it was new back in the 1980s, but recently lost that copy. This is a replacement. And the music sounds as good as ever. "Slam" is one of the great instrumental funk songs of all time. Though I single out the opening track, the entire album is excellent.
