Otto Rank, född 22 april 1884 i Wien, död 31 oktober 1939 i New York, var en österrikisk psykoanalytiker, författare och lärare. Född som Otto Rosenfeld, var han en av Sigmund Freuds närmaste medarbetare, en produktiv författare på psykoanalytiska teman, redaktör för de två viktigaste analytiska tidskrifterna, VD för Freuds förlag och en kreativ teoretiker och terapeut.
Otto Rank, vlastním jménem Otto Rosenfeld (22. dubna 1884 Vídeň – 31. října 1939 New York) byl rakouský psychoanalytik. Byl jedním z prvních žáků Sigmunda Freuda , dvacet let patřil k jeho nejbližším spolupracovníkům, poté však přišel s vlastní teorií porodního traumatu , kvůli níž odešel z psychoanalytického kruhu ve Vídni a přesídlil do Paříže .

Otto Rank (April 22, 1884 – October 31, 1939) was an Austrian psychologist, one of Sigmund Freud's closest aides, and by the end of his career one of his most fierce critics. He remains famous for his trauma-of-birth theory and will therapy. Rank's work diverged from Freud's when he became interested in the way the infant experiences separating from the mother at the time of birth.
